Before Your Visit6

We recommend that you drink plenty of water leading up to (and after) the treatment and to not come in on an empty stomach, as you will most likely go in the infrared sauna. Also, we require that no laser, botox, or wax treatments be done 24 hours prior to or after the treatment.
Please arrive ten minutes before the start time of your first appointment so that you have plenty of time to fill out our intake form, otherwise five minutes before your appointment is fine.
Yes, we generally do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to do this treatment unless you have written authorization from a parent or guardian.
Yes, it is certainly safe, as long as you feel comfortable coming in.
There are certain medical conditions where we do not allow clients to go into the sauna, but unless the fainting or seizures are related to these conditions it shouldn't prevent you from doing so. We do ask that you do not come in on an empty stomach in order to prevent any fainting.
Of course! We have clients of all shapes and sizes who come in to celebrate their beauty and promote a healthy lifestyle.
During Your Treatment8
›
Our most popular treatment combines a magnesium thermal-wrapped infrared sauna session, followed by our signature lymphatic massage. The FAR infrared heat accelerates skin tightening and toning while promoting a naturally detoxifying sweat, prepping the body for the massage. Our signature lymphatic massage incorporates modeling massage techniques to maximize the effects of the drainage — boosting your immune system, increasing circulation, decreasing the appearance of cellulite, reducing swelling, and sculpting the body.
Our Signature Lymphatic Drainage Treatment is 60 minutes.
We usually estimate between 15 to 20 minutes. The time varies because our therapists gauge it based on how long it takes for your body to 'sweat' — that is, when your body reaches homeostasis.
Our lymphatic drainage technique is different from traditional lymphatic drainage because we fuse it with the modeling massage, which is used to break down the fascia underneath the tissue. While it is not a purely relaxing massage, you should not feel any sort of unbearable pain. You can always ask your therapist to adjust the pressure to best suit your needs.
It might if you are ticklish on your abdomen or in your armpits — there is a lymph node here that we must address during this treatment.
To prepare your body for the massage, we apply our proprietary magnesium cream and wrap you in our osmotic wraps. Our magnesium scrub is essentially magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) mixed with natural oils, used to increase your body's detoxification while in the infrared sauna. The lymphatic massage is done with a mixture of a cream and a gel. The gel is made out of camphor, which reduces inflammation and promotes circulation. The cream is a caffeine cream mixed with copaiba oil to facilitate drainage and increase collagen production.
The wrap is made of PLA plastic, which is derived from soy instead of petroleum — making it safe for direct skin contact and also biodegradable.
We do have a bamboo stick that we use during the treatment for clients who have come more than once. The bamboo goes deeper into the tissue, so we avoid using it during a first session.
After Your Treatment4
›
Please do not shower or expose your skin to the sun until six hours after your treatment, as the products are still in effect. We also recommend avoiding caffeine, alcoholic beverages, and heavy meals for the next 6 hours.
You should avoid eating heavy and unhealthy foods after your treatment to promote digestion and allow the lymphatic system to work optimally.
Nope! The detox occurs through your lymphatic system for the natural release of toxins in your body. It is meant to boost your immune system, not damage it.
Everyone's body reacts to the treatments differently, and the combination of a healthy diet and regular exercise routine plays a major role in how long results last.
Treatment Frequency & Results6
›
Our treatments are always customized to best suit your needs since everyone's body reacts differently. For regular lymphatic detoxing, we recommend once or twice a month. For body contouring results, we recommend once or twice a week for three to four weeks (this may vary), then dial it down to once or twice a month to maintain results. This is best combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise. After your first session, our therapists can give you a more customized treatment plan.
You can get a treatment up to the day before a wedding or event. However, for best results, we recommend coming in frequently leading up to the event rather than just once.
You may start post-operative treatments usually four weeks after surgery, though it can be done earlier with a doctor's recommendation (a letter or email from your doctor is required). For optimal results, we recommend once or twice a week for three to four weeks, depending on how your body responds.
Each package is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. Make sure to use your sessions within this timeframe.
Unused sessions will expire after 45 days and cannot be refunded or carried over.
At this time, we do not offer extensions. We recommend booking your sessions early to make full use of your package.
Benefits & Conditions5

Our treatments help with: reducing fluid retention, reducing inflammation, promoting collagen production, anti-edema, anti-fibrosing, antispasmodic effects, tissue detox, and improving metabolic exchanges.
Yes, lymphatic drainage helps to boost collagen production and skin elasticity. We would typically recommend our Cryofrequency treatment, which focuses on specific areas against fibrosis, cellulite, and unevenness — leaving the skin smooth and tight.
The lymphatic system is everywhere there is circulation — meaning it is everywhere in your body. It helps to filter your blood from toxins that would normally cause inflammation and swelling, hindering functionality. Through lymphatic drainage, we create movement of stagnant lymph, improving circulation and boosting the effectiveness of almost every system in your body.
No, this treatment does not cause any injury or harm to an injured area. Our massage is generally focused on your abdomen and upper legs. Please discuss any injuries with your massage therapist prior to your treatment.
The Cryofrequency lymphatic treatment is designed to reduce localized inflammation and cellulite, and promote collagen in targeted areas through our unique lymphatic drainage technique combined with a cryofrequency machine. For best results, we require that your lymphatic system is already circulating properly — meaning you should have completed several sessions with us first.
Prenatal & Postnatal5
›
Our prenatal treatment entails an hour-long massage specifically designed to ease the burden on the bodies of expecting moms. Unlike our signature body treatment, you will not spend any time in the infrared sauna. We apply our unique lymphatic drainage technique to reduce swelling and inflammation caused by pregnancy and promote circulation and oxygenation for you and your baby.
You can start coming in after the first trimester (12 weeks) and continue up through the week of your delivery date.
It is safe to start three weeks postpartum for a natural birth. If you have had a C-section, we ask that you wait five weeks before getting a treatment.
For a natural birth, transition is usually appropriate after 6 weeks postpartum, once swelling stabilizes. For a C-section, transition is typically recommended after 8–12 weeks, depending on scar healing and abdominal sensitivity.
Yes! We would simply opt not to use our camphor-based gel during the session. Please let your therapist know you are breastfeeding before your appointment.
Post-Operative Care3
›
No — for our post-operative treatments, we use a more traditional lymphatic drainage technique around the scarred tissue. It is a slow, gentle, and superficial massage focused on draining stagnant fluid and reducing inflammation.
We recommend once or twice a week for three to four weeks, though this can vary depending on how your body responds to the treatment.
Usually four weeks after surgery, though it can be done earlier with written approval from your doctor (a letter or email is required).
